Seussical Movement and Readers Theatre
Oh, the plays you will play! Oh, the fun that's in store! When you walk through our theatre class door! With games and pretending we'll trot out the day, as we giggle and laugh in the most Seussical way. We'll be cats in hats, Things One and Two, as we act out stories imagined by YOU! We'll bring tales alive with costumes and props, using voices that boom, voices that pop! Improvising lines as we go scene to scene, our stage full of little actors so confident and keen. So come join the wild ruckus, you'll have such a ball! Sign up quick, spaces fill up, don't stall! When the final curtain calls with a roar of applause, you’ll be ready to show off, it couldn’t be more true, because oh the places you'll go with theatre, wahoo!

Improv and Stand-Up Comedy Spectacular!
Tired of comedy that is all SCRIPT and no SCHTICK? Then saddle up, funny friend for our JAM-packed improv and stand-up crash course! Comedy connoisseurs Liam Kelly and Jon Pointer join Benji Braswell to transform you from Zilch to Zinger. Through joke-jousting and battles of wit, you’ll concoct knee-slapping stand-up sure to slay even the salty-est crows. And for all you quick-witted characters, our smash hit improv games, and guest appearances from our friends the Jefferson Horseplayers and OneSize Fits All will have you YES-AND-ing unscripted scenes into side-splitting hilarity. By our final showing, you’ll be ready to work that crowd from snore to uproar in no time. Comedy awaits!

Saturday Fun Day: ADVANCED FAIRY TALE THEATRE
Young actors will have the opportunity to dig deeper and discover characters and lessons within classic fairy tales, all while increasing their experience performing on stage. Students will gain experience and confidence working on stage, making big acting choices, and embodying characters as well as apply morals of applied stories to their own world. Creativity, critical thinking and discovery are all at the heart of this class offered by Rachel Wallace and Kennedy Houser.

Intermediate Elementary Scenework:
The Jungle Book
Buckle up for a wild theatrical adventure in our "Jungle Boogie" theatre class! This swinging 4-week workshop will have your young Mowgli or Baloo jumping in excitement to creatively bring the colorful Jungle Book to life on stage. Through paw-some games, roaring improvisations, and spirited scene studies, little cubs aged 7-12 will unearth their inner animal as they craft this beloved tale in their own unique way. Students will strut their stuff developing character voices, movement styles, confidence and all the skills the best story-tellers have in their repertoire. Our safe, supportive wolf pack empowers risk-taking, and by final curtain call on show day, your little cub will be ready to entertain audiences with spirit and pride. We’ll decode all the insider tricks to running a smooth show - from safety and stagecraft to scene changes and electrical. Scope out backstage as we teach you to command sound, lighting, and effects with style. Can’t choose just one element? We’ll expose you to every wicked technical aspect so you can discover your true passion and step behind that spotlight with confidence. So raise those lights, hype that sound system and let’s bring the literal magic of theater to vivid reality! The show can’t start without us!
